The “Monitoring Reconstruction in Bucha” project was implemented as part of the sub-grant component of the “Reconstruction Expenditure Control” project, which was implemented with the support of the European Union. The “Reconstruction Cost Control” project was implemented by Centre for Economic Strategy / IER and NGOs “Progress Technologies””.
During the implementation of the project, a team of specialists carried out a monitoring visit to 12 sites in the town of Bucha, Bucha District, Kyiv Region. The monitoring resulted in 10 property reports (for blocks of flats), which can be viewed on the portal Big Recovery Portal.
